These terms govern use of Concord AI's meeting capture, transcription, note-taking, AI synthesis, search, and integration features. Recording consent obligations under applicable law remain the responsibility of the organization scheduling and hosting the meeting.
Concord AI does not claim SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, PIPEDA, or other regulatory compliance certification solely from the presence of technical controls described in our Security overview. Any such claim requires completed organizational programs and legal review.
